5 Jolly Ideas for Use Crochet Snowflakes

Crochet snowflakes are not only super fast to make, they also look extremely pretty and do not melt even in warm temperatures. You can crochet them anytime, even when it's not snowing outside. And on top of that, you can use them for these 5 Christmas decoration ideas:

01. Gift Tags
A self-crocheted little snowflake that dangles cheerfully on lovingly chosen present is melting every heart!

02. Blizzard Garland
Combine smaller and larger snowflakes to a garland. If you crochet snowflakes from heavier yarn on a larger needle, they will become bigger. Finished garlands can be strung around the nursery or hung in the window.

03. Table Decoration
Snowflakes can be scattered on your holiday dinner table or tied around napkins.

04. Crochet Christmas Tree Ornaments
Straw star was yesterday! Today we crochet snowflakes to trim the Christmas tree! Looks good on a Scandinavian minimalist tree, but also fills empty spaces on a richly decorated colorful glitter tree.

05. Clothes Patches
Your favorite ugly Christmas sweater has a hole in it? No biggie - put a snow star on it!

Let's make it snow!

It doesn't matter what yarn weight you use for this pattern. Made from sport weight yarn, the snowflake turns out a size of 5 cm. The ornament in the photos was made from "Yarn And Colors - Must Have" on a 2.25 mm crochet hook.
