Where do I find lalylala patterns and how do I get them?
You can find lalylala patterns on Etsy, DaWanda, Ravelry, Amigurumipatterns.net or Craftsy. Please note that you'll get only the english pattern versions on Amigurumipatterns.net and Craftsy. Please send me a message including your order number if you want to receive a patterns you've bought there in another language.
Of course you can purchase every pattern directly here on lalylala.com - just klick to the "or buy & download now" button next to the shop buttons on the pattern's detail page. Payments for purchases over lalylala's website are made at PayPal. You don't need to own a PayPal account to pay. You may also enter your credit card's data directly at PayPal and complete your payment. You don't need to register a PayPal account neither. Just choose the "Don't have a PayPal account?" option once you get redirected to PayPal.
How do I get my pattern(s)?
Once your payment is cleared a download link to receive the pattern will be emailed to the address attached to your Etsy, DaWanda, Ravelry, Craftsy or PayPal account (depends on where you've purchased the pattern).
Please check the spam folder of your email account too if you couldn't find my email including the download links in your mailbox.
My download link(s) expired - what should I do?
The download links I'll send you when you purchase from DaWanda or you've chosen a pattern deal package on Etsy are expiring ones! They will automaticly deactivated 5 minutes after the first time they are used. So please make sure you save the file to your computer or device once you've opened the link!
If ou miss to save the file or something went wrong while you've tried to download the PDF and your download links already expired, please send me a message including your order number and the shop you've bought the pattern(s) at.
Do I need a special software to open the pattern files?
lalylala patterns are digital PDF files. You'll need a PDF reader like Adobe Acrobat to read the files. Acrobat is free and easy to install.
Beyond that on Etsy some of the PDF files you'll find at your instant download area are compressed to a zip file. It's necessary because Etsy provides only 5 instant download slots but most lalylala patterns are available in 6-7 languages. A zip file contains two or more PDF patterns in diffrent languages. You have to "unzip" the files using a software like 7-zip or WinZip. 7-zip is freeware, so you don't have to spent extra money to get it.
