Lalylala patterns (or parts of a pattern), step-by-step instructions, charts, or photos may not be resold, translated, altered, shared, published or reproduced mechanically, electronically, or by any other way, without my written permission, no matter if it's free content, or those which are for sale.
Purchasing a lalylala pattern does not remove the copyright protection of the pattern, but gives you only the right to make items from it!
Selling Toys Made From My Patterns
You are allowed to sell finished toys made from some of my patterns, given that
- the toys are handmade by yourself (you must have bought the pattern)
- you only offer a limited number of max. 20 items per character (no whole sale and no mass production!)
- you give credit to me as the designer.
You CAN sell toys made from these patterns:
- every character from my "Lalylala" series (such as Kira, Bina, Fibi, Dirk and others)
- some of the 4 seasons characters, except "Valentine's Day" and "Christmas Vol. 2"
- "Spider Agatha" musical toy
You CAN NOT sell toys made from these patterns:
- every character of my "Beetles, Bugs and Butterflies" series of amigurumi, including those who are not featured in the printed book (such as Butterfies, Beetles, Lifecycle Sets, Bee, Firefly and others)
- every character of my "Superherumi" series (BatCat, Megamoth and others)
- "Flying Saucer" musical toy
For your personal use (non-profit), or for charity purposes you are permitted to make as many items from this pattern as you like.
Please refer to the specific pattern for more information. If in doubt, please reach out and ask if you are allowed to sell finished toys from a pattern BEFORE you sell them for commercial purposes!
You CAN NOT sell any add-ons, modification kits or patterns related to a lalylala design. But you are allowed to to share your additional parts for free to enable others to work your modification. Make sure your pattern does not include any parts of a original lalylala pattern!

Where do I find lalylala patterns and how do I get them?
You can find lalylala patterns on Etsy, Ravelry, or Amigurumipatterns.net. Please note that you'll get only the english pattern versions on Amigurumipatterns.net and Lovecrochet. Please send me a message including your order number if you want to receive a patterns you've bought there in another language.
Of course you can purchase every pattern directly here on lalylala.com - just klick to the "or buy & download now" button next to the shop buttons on the pattern's detail page. Payments for purchases over lalylala's website are made at PayPal. You don't need to own a PayPal account to pay. You may also enter your credit card's data directly at PayPal and complete your payment. You don't need to register a PayPal account neither. Just choose the "Don't have a PayPal account?" option once you get redirected to PayPal.
How do I get my pattern(s)?
Once your payment is cleared a download link to receive the pattern will be emailed to the address attached to your Etsy, Ravelry, Amigurumipatterns.net, Lovecrochet or PayPal account (depends on where you've purchased the pattern).
Please check the spam folder of your email account too if you couldn't find my email including the download links in your mail box.
I've lost my lalylala pattern - where can I get a new copy?
If you should have lost your lalylala pattern, don't worry! Depending on where you've bought the pattern you can pick up a new copy through different ways:
Purchases on Etsy
You can pick up your pattern without any download limitation through your personal instant download area on Etsy. Therefore, go to the receipt page of your pattern purchase on Etsy and enter the download area through the link stated in the upper right corner of the page.
Please note that the copies on Etsy are no updated versions of the pattern. Also, some of them are bundled to a zip file you have to extract the single PDF files from, once the file is completely downloaded.
For the latest pattern version pick up your copy through your personal download area on 'Billbee'. The link to your Billbee download was emailed to you after purchasing the pattern. You can download each language version as a single PDF files up to 3 times.
Purchases on Ravelry
Updated versions of your patterns can be downloaded from your Ravelry pattern library without any download limitations.
If you can't find your pattern through one of these services or you've bought your copy on Amigurumipatterns.net, please send me a message including your order number and the shop you've bought the pattern at and I'll provide you with a new copy by email.
Do I need a special software to open the pattern files?
lalylala patterns are digital PDF files. You'll need a PDF reader like Adobe Acrobat to read the files. Acrobat is free and easy to install.
Beyond that on Etsy some of the PDF files you'll find at your instant download area are compressed to a zip file. It's necessary because Etsy provides only 5 instant download slots but most lalylala patterns are available in 6-7 languages. A zip file contains two or more PDF patterns in diffrent languages. You have to "unzip" the files using a software like 7-zip or WinZip. 7-zip is freeware, so you don't have to spent extra money to get it.
Is there a copyright for lalylala patterns?
Yes, there is!
lalylala patterns are FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY! Neigther the pattern nor parts of it may be reproduced, distributed or resold, translated, published (online or printed), altered, shared or posted (for sell or free) over the internet or offline!
Purchasing the pattern does not remove the copyright protection of a lalylala pattern, it only gives you the right to reproduce the copyrighted work.
The lalylala patterns, step-by-step instructions, charts, or photos may not be reproduced mechanically, electronically, or by any other way without first contacting the publisher or designer to request and receive permission. This applies for all lalylala patterns (those who are for free and those who are for sale) and content such as tutorials.
May I sell finished items made from a lalylala pattern?
You are allowed to sell the items made from SOME lalylala patterns, provided that they are handmade by yourself in a limited number and you give credit to me as the designer.
